ATLAS Financials Release Notes 1.0.17

New Features & Fixes:

• Users are now able to write off BOCs greater than 500 USD when the BOC is not a Vendor BOC.
• Users can no longer change the employment type or recipient type once the BOC clock has started.

User-Facing Testing Updates:

• Added 'Write-Off' and 'Refer to CGFS' buttons when clicking on a BOC link for BOCs older than 60 days.
• Implemented an error message which blocks approving BOCs over 500 USD that lack an email address.
• Simplified the display by showing a list of the top 5 overdue recipients.
• Added functionality to filter bills by BOC initiator or AR technician.
• Mission Admin are now able to import system email templates.
• Updated the term "Allotment" to "Property ID" within the FS details.
