New Features/Changes/General Fixes:

• Implemented the in-app evaluation surveys to collect feedback from REA and Post role users about their completed assignments. This initiative helps Coordinators enhance collaboration and ensure greater clarity in future requests and assignments.
  • Survey Management: The REA/Rover Coordinator role has the ability to create and modify survey questions for the REA Survey, Rover Survey, and Post Survey individually.
  • Manage Evaluation Surveys for a Request: The REA/Rover Coordinator role has the ability to select recipients for an evaluation survey, with assigned resources automatically included in the list. Additionally, REA/Rover Coordinators can add users from the post where the resource was assigned to provide feedback on the assigned resource(s).
  • Resource Survey: REA roles have the ability to complete and submit the surveys designed and sent by the Bureau Coordinator. This includes rating the assignment experience, objectives, expectations, and other related aspects. *REA roles can only access and complete surveys after they are sent by the Coordinators.
  • Post Survey: Post roles have the ability to complete and submit the surveys designed and sent by the Bureau Coordinator. This includes rating the assignment experience, objectives, expectations, and other related aspects. *Post roles can only access and complete surveys after they are sent by the Coordinators.
• Implemented a Calendar View feature to enhance assignment scheduling. This new feature provides Coordinators with a clear visual representation of:
  • The date range for the selected assignment.
  • Resource availability, including any periods of unavailability.
  • Current Assignments for each resource are displayed directly on the calendar.
  • This feature can be accessed by navigating to Assignments -> Select desired Assignment -> Calendar View

• Implemented a "Last Signed-in Date" column for REA users on the Resource Pool Page.
• Removed the "Hours Remaining" column from the Resource Pool Page to streamline the interface and focus on the most relevant data.
• Fixed an issue where table rows did not properly adjust their black-and-white alternating pattern after applying a filter.

Coordinator Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where adding a resource as a user with both REA and Rover Coordinator roles caused the resource type to default to REA upon saving.
• Fixed an issue where adding a resource type as Rover caused the Retirement Grade to incorrectly default to GS-01.
• Fixed an issue where the Request did not move back to "Not Finalized" Status on the Coordinator Dashboard when the resource was removed from the Assignments Page.
• Fixed an issue where the "Transferring Profile" button was greyed out for users with both REA and Rover Coordinator roles.

REA Fixes:

• Modified the Accept/Deny buttons to Interested/Not Interested buttons on the REA Homepage for requests sent by the Coordinator.
• Implemented a “YW885 FSI/SAIT FAST DTO Refresh” to the training dropdown list on the Resource Profile page.

Post Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the Resource Name appeared under the "Assigned Resource" column on the View Request Page, even when the status was "Assigned - Pending Acceptance."
