Change to Positions Management (administrators)
From this release: Version 1.20, positions can only be managed in ATLAS Directory, if your post is using ATLAS Workflows, the positions will be synchronized from the Directory but will be read only and all changes must be made in the Directory. |
Ability for administrators to lock the biography field
Post administrators have the ability for to lock the biography field for the Post/Mission, this will restrict employees from editing it. The lock control is located under the Administration menu, Directory Configuration, Customization tab and will impact all users in the Directory instance.
Added additional fields (section, building, floor and room)
Some additional fields have been added to the position table. These values will show in the employee profile when assigned to the position.
The fields are also available in the bulk import positions wizard.
Org Charts (admins)
We have added an extra color to the dropdown list of choices when creating or editing an Org chart.

Global Search
The Global Search filter has been condensed to include the ability to filter by Bureau, Mission, Post or Domestic office.
Dashboard
In the Organization Menu, the Org. Chart and Phone tree card view page didn't have a search field (search field was available only by switching to list view). You can now search for an Org. Chart or Phone tree by name from the card view.

Employee Management
We have made some additions to the employee management page:
- The Bulk Edit Employees has now additional columns: building, floor, room and call sign

These fields are also editable in the Bulk Edit Export file (you can use this tool when you must update several items at once).
- When using the bulk edit, you can now clear existing values by adding an asterisk (*) value in the spreadsheet, if you leave empty values it will retain the existing values.
Radio Module (Administrators, Radio roles)
Radio Call Sign column
The call sign has been added as a new column:
- Under the Radio tab in the Radio Check Schedule:
- Under Radio, Radio Assignments, switch to radio view:
Bug fixes
- Issues with Radio check email notifications occasionally not sending
- Sections name using duplicated name values in radio assignments
- Custom sections order in Contact Lists not saving
- Footer and Header not showing in Print Templates preview
- Issues with bulk import positions not triggering sync with ATLAS Workflows positions
- Issue with new AFN activation request form not prefilling employee information from current employee assignment
- Issue with a Null value error thrown when submitting a new radio check entry
