Org Charts/Phone trees (admins)

Adding employees

When importing employees using the "Import wizard" or manually adding an employee, if they have a supervisor position set and the latter is currently unoccupied it will import as "vacant", it will dynamically update if the position is assigned afterwards.

 

 

Header/Instructions

We have added 2 new fields in the Org Chart/Phone Trees settings, you can now add an header and instructions text.

 

Print Templates

When configuring a Print Template using the "picture book" layout, you can now add a page break when using group by section formatting.

 

Dashboard

The employment type for an employee is now visible from the dashboard when using the card view.

 

Employee Management (administrators)

Customization

Directory admins can now choose to lock or unlock the picture and employment type fields in the employees profile, for the whole Post/Mission.

The option is located under the Administration menu, Directory configuration, Customization tab

 

Import from SAFE

We have added "REA" as an acceptable employee type from SAFE.

 

Bug fixes

  • Issues in the employee record - Out of Town dates editable in View mode
  • Issues with the copy/paste option in the application
  • Issues with the search option in the Manage Key officers page
  • Issue with the full sync returning an exception error
