Release Notes v1.24

New Features:

  • Phone Bill Reconciliation 

    • We are excited to introduce the new Phone Bill Reconciliation feature, enabling Post Administrators to check if phone numbers are associated with a contact or location records. With this feature, Post Administrators can download the predefined template, enter the necessary details, and upload it to the ATLAS Directory. Once uploaded, the system will automatically match work phone numbers with existing records.  Post Administrators can then export the results to marry up with Bill of Collections (BOC) for payment.

    • This update introduces two new roles: Own Section Manager and Own Section Reader.

    • Own Section Manager – Allows users at Post to edit users within their own section while restricting access to edit outside their section.
    • Own Section Reader – Provides read-only access to users within their section.

 

Enhancements:

  • Radio Module

    • On the Radio Inventory page, users now have the ability to upload a picture of the radio, such as a radio image or barcode.

Note: A disclaimer has been added to ensure the proper use of uploaded images. 

 

Miscellaneous

  • Release v1.24 includes additional improvements and changes:

    • Fixed an issue in the Access List Print Template where the Column Header toggle was not functioning correctly when turned on or off.

    • Resolved an issue on the Access List page where a departed employee was still displayed as the current occupant when selecting a position.

    • Fixed an issue where the system did not validate the domain part of an email address when adding or entering a new email in a contact record.

    • Fixed an issue where immediate Registration approval did not work correctly. Users can now access the system without requiring login after approval.

    • Resolved an issue where users were able to add leading and trailing spaces in the First Name, Last Name, and Middle Name fields.
    • The Radio Enterprise Module (Global Radio) now correctly redirects from:
      Old URL: https://directory.state.gov/radio
      New URL: https://directory.state.gov/enterprise/RadioEnterprise/ListIndex
  • Any additional follow-up on ServiceNow support tickets will come from the ADG Support Team.
