Added Approval Step for Merging Contacts and Assignments
In preparation for the ATLAS Directory/ATLAS Profile integration, we made some changes to the assignment and contact merges currently taking place in ATLAS Directory. These actions will now require approval from an ADG System Administrator prior to the change taking place in the system. This includes all merges that happen on the Contact Health Check and Employees pages.
The process of merging contacts will remain the same and will continue to take place within the Directory, with an added approval step by System Administrators.
- To initiate a merge request, Directory Administrators will choose to merge contacts from the Employees page
- Or merge assignments from the Contact Health Check
- Once the merge has been initiated, you will confirm the duplicate from the dropdown and click OK.
- The Approval required pop up will display allowing administrators to add any additional comments for the merge request and once complete, click OK
- At this time the merge request will be sent to the System Administrator and once approved, the merge will reflect in the Directory instance.
Org charts/Phone Trees
We have added the employment type next to the Employee name to add more visible info to the Org Charts/Phone Trees nodes.
Access List
We have added a print option icon to the Manage Access List page to make it easier for Access list manager top print and sign.
Miscellaneous
- Continuing work on ATLAS Profile/Directory integration
- Fixed error when editing a Phone tree from the list view
- Fixed the employment type dropdown in the employee record not showing in alphabetical order
