ATLAS Firma Release Notes v1.3.5 Follow

• Fields are now set to read-only when completed forms are downloaded
• Completed forms older than 30 days are removed from the dashboard and marked as Archived.
• To maintain consistency, text has been updated for the following email notifications:
  • Completed forms
  • Rejected forms
  • Forms awaiting signature
  • Added as form owner
  • Removed as form owner
• Archived forms can now be reused by adding them to Templates.

  

• When a template form is deleted, it is automatically archived and removed from the Templates list.

  

Miscellaneous

• Release v1.3.5 includes additional bug fixes:
  • Fixed an issue where deleted forms were not operating in the Recently Deleted Forms section.
  • Fixed an issue where users will now see a clear error message when selecting Uploaded Image Only or Uploaded Image with Logo as the signature type if no signature image is saved in their profile.
  • Removed all embedded JavaScript from generated PDFs.

Performance and Server-Side Improvements

• Introduced a new API that uploads form activity results by post to ADG Core.
• Removed unnecessary production copies to streamline system performance.

• All follow-up communication regarding ServiceNow support tickets will now come directly from the ADG Support Team for better consistency.
