ATLAS Firma Release Notes 1.3.16
New Features And Enhancements:
-
Parallel Signing Workflow
-
Multiple Steps Signing at Once
Parallel signing now allows multiple signers to sign without a predefined order. A signer can be assigned to multiple steps and different workflows. -
Signature Block Visibility
In parallel signature workflow mode, signature blocks not assigned to the current signer are now semi-transparent, making it easier for current signer to identify their required actions. -
Parallel Workflow Editing Restrictions
Editing the parallel override switch is disabled during signing mode -
Dashboard Sign Button
The "Sign" button now appears whenever any current step is assigned to the user, not just the first step. -
Reject Button Behavior
Once all signature steps for a signer are completed, the "Reject" button is no longer visible. -
Reroute Step in Parallel Forms
Rerouting a form now behaves appropriately when multiple current steps exist. -
Combining Sequential and Parallel Workflows
Form owners can now combine both parallel and sequential workflows within a single form. This allows sections of the form where signers can sign in any order (parallel), as well as sections where signatures must follow a specific sequence (sequential). This enhancement provides greater flexibility in designing approval and signature processes.
