New! Floor Wardens list
After the implementation of the Access List and receiving your feedback; we have added an additional list type and print template for Floor Warden Lists. The lists can be managed from ATLAS Directory and will make use of the employees records and post positions.
A new Floor Warden List is now available under the Administration menu, Manage Floor Wardens list (for standard users lists can be accessed from the Organization menu.
IMPORTANT: AFN Management role update
From this release Directory administrators won't be able to add the AFN Post Representative role anymore.
Please submit a ticket to adg-support@state.gov to request the role for your post eligible AFN Post representatives (USDH).
Org Charts/Phone Trees (admins)
Boxes resizing
We have added an option to resize all boxes based on the root node width.
Color coding
When adding a new employee to an Org Chart/Phone tree, a new prompt allows you to select the color code before the node is created.
You have now the ability to enforce colors based on the employment type.
In Phone trees the color coding will also apply to the List view (visible to all users from the Organization menu, Phone Trees)
Principal Officers contacts/positions (admins)
We have added a new option to flag principal officer records and 4 new roles to manage them, as well as the ability to view their personal phone numbers and email addresses. Once the option has been set (requires Manage VIP role), not even Directory admins can see or manage them.
The option can be found at the position level (Administration/Manage Positions):
and also under the employee record (Contacts/Employees):
The new available roles are:
- Directory VIP Manager
- Directory VIP Reader
- Own Section VIP Manager
- Own Section VIP Reader
Note that only admins with the above roles can manage the option.
Miscellaneous
- Continuing working on ATLAS Profile integration and features.
- Fixed issues with the Radio DT reports.
- Fixed issue with event duration in the radio scheduler when selecting "End of Month" duration.
- Fixed radio dashboard adding all radio checks events under the On Demand category.
- Fixed page view for Contact Type: Locations and External contacts not showing the current items.
