Clear Cache to View User Roles
Sometimes user roles are cached by your internet browser, if your roles change the change is not immediately shown because your old roles are cached. Most users are able to resolve this issue on your own. The first step you can take is to try using a different browser (if using Edge and your roles don't appear, tryin switching to Chrome).
Directions to Clear Cache from Chrome
- Sign out of application
- Open a new browser
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner
- Click History and then click History again in the pop-up menu to the left
- Delete browsing data
- Delete Browsing Data - click More
- Select All Time
- Make sure Cached images and files is selected
- Delete data
- Open a new browser and type the URL
- Login to view your new roles
- Open a ticket with ADG-Support@state.gov if you do not see your assigned roles as expected
Directions to Clear Cache from Edge
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner

Click on Delete browsing data

Use the dropdown menu to select All Time
- Make sure Cached images and files is selected
- Click Clear Now
- Open a new browser and type the URL
- Login to view your new roles
- Open a ticket with ADG-Support@state.gov if you do not see your assigned roles as expected
