Merge & Sign

Users now have the ability to merge more than one document to be signed immediately in ATLAS Firma or saved as a pdf to the desktop. 

Instructions

1.  Select +Add Form > select the pdf file from the file explorer > Open.

2. A pop-up will appear with instructions to either:

  • Begin the signing process
  • Merge another document and sign immediately
  • Merge another document for download

3.  All documents to be merged will be listed in the PDF Uploaded screen.  Select either Merge documents or Merge and Sign.
