Release Notes v1.5.0

Enhancements:

  • Events
    • In the Events section, the current events are now displayed chronologically, with the most recent ones appearing first.

    • The list of Events displayed on the main dashboard is now limited to a maximum of 10 entries.

  • Site
    • Added an editor to the Important Message field, note that the Message field is limited to 1000 characters.

  • Topics
    • All new Topics must have a Category, and you can choose when you want to make the new topics available by 'publishing' them when they are ready for viewing.
    • Added a Publish toggle feature to ensure only published content is displayed.
  •  

    • When creating or editing a Topic, selecting a Category is now mandatory.

    • Added a warning message for the Publish Toggle Switch, that defaults to 'Not Published'.
      • When the Publish toggle is turned off, a warning notification will appear: 'Note: This topic is saved as a draft, to publish to your Category, toggle the Publish slide and Save'.

    • Added a Published Date column to the Topics page.

 

Miscellaneous

  • Release v1.5.0 includes additional bug fixes:
    • Resolved the issue where the Visitor Counter in the Site page would reset when changes were made to the Site page.
    • Fixed an issue where changes to the font size in the Topics were not reflected in the Topics section on the homepage.

    • Fixed an issue in the Newsletters page where the Uploaded By column incorrectly displayed "System" instead of indicating the person who uploaded the newsletter.

    • Fixed an issue in the Newsletters page where the Uploaded Date column displayed today's date instead of the correct date of upload.

    • Fixed an issue in the Newsletter page where the Visitor Counter was reporting elevated numbers.
  • Any additional follow-up on ServiceNow support tickets will come from the ADG Support Team.
