Release Notes v1.1.0

New Features: 

• Rich Text Editor
  
  • This feature provides different text formatting options for the drafters when sending an outgoing note via email.

    

• Import DipNotes
  
  • This feature allows the post administrator to import old diplomatic notes from their legacy systems to the DipNotes application.  
    • Post administrators will download the incoming or outgoing note template. 
    • Post administrators then fill in the fields provided in the downloaded template and upload it to the application.
    • Post administrators will have the option to upload the official files associated with the diplomatic note information.
  • The history window will display the drafter's name as well as the status of the note Published/Imported.

Enhancements:

• Exporting lists from the admin menu
  • Allows the post administrator to export the list of users, offices, groups and group membership to Excel.
• Upload option for the receivers on published notes
  • Receivers have the ability to upload attachments after an outgoing note has been published. 
• Mime type verification
  • Verifies if the file being uploaded is valid and acceptable.
• Office Owner
  • Displays the Office Owner in Note Repository, My Incoming DipNotes and Action Office pages.
• New Post
  • If a new post is created, Distributor and Super Reader roles are automatically created.
• Notification Count
  • A new notification alert was added to the top bar. Users can now easily identify how many notifications they have.

Miscellaneous:

• Release v1.1.0 includes additional bug fixes:

  • Disabled Reject to Receiver button if the note is transferred from another post.
  • Disabled SMART Archiving button if official note is not uploaded.
  • Fixed the timestamp display issue when a DipNote is rejected back to the Receiver menu.
  • Fixed an issue on sorting columns in My Repository, My Incoming DipNotes and My Outgoing DipNotes.
  • Fixed display issues in the View History windows across the application.
  • Fixed a performance issue on searching and displaying results in the Note Repository, My Outgoing DipNotes and Users menu.
  • Added filename length validation of a maximum of 64 characters including file extension and file size validation of 120 MB on all file upload functions.
  • Fixed DipNote Number/Name display in Distributing and Action Office main pages.
