Introduction
This article explains how to manage ICASS (International Cooperative Administrative Support Services) assignments in the ATLAS Directory.
Accessing the Edit ICASS Assignments
Navigate to Administration > Edit ICASS Assignments.
Users will be redirected to the ICASS Assignments page. This page displays a list of employees and their associated ICASS assignment details.
Overview of the Interface
Key Elements:
- Update Agency Dropdown: Allows you to select the agency to which updates will apply.
- Organization Filter: Enables filtering based on the selected organization (ex. "Oslo").
Search and Filters:
- Emp. Agency: Filter employees by their assigned agency.
- Section: Narrow down the view to specific sections, such as "MGT," "POL-ECON," or "RSO."
- Search: Search for individuals by name or other attributes.
Data Export Options:
- Excel, CSV, Copy: Download or copy data for offline analysis.
- Columns: Configure which columns are visible in the table.
Step-by-Step Instructions for Managing ICASS Assignments
Step 1: Select contacts for update. Check the box next to the names of the employees you want to update.
Note: Select multiple employees for bulk updates.
Step 2: Select the desired agency from the Update Agency dropdown.
Step 3: Click the Update [number] selected contacts button to apply the changes.
