Redesigned Email Service

The email service has had a complete overhaul to ensure the system reliably sends all emails to users notifying them of auctions starting, auctions closing, and winning bids.

Languages Across Multiple Cities

When a user accesses Online Auction across multiple cities but utilizes a different language at each city they were encountering errors that have now been resolved.

Bidding Issues

Multiple issues have been resolved surrounding bidding formatting especially due to browser settings in different countries.  This also includes fixes for using Internet Explorer when bidding.

Additional Bug Fixes

Release v1.4.0 includes a number of bug fixes reported by the Online Auction community.
