Automated Access Control Rosters (administrators)

We are pleased to announce that this release of ATLAS Directory includes a powerful module for managing access control rosters to limited access spaces per FAM/FAH guidance.

Key features:

  • Customizable printable templates for controlled/limited access areas
  • Adjustable table layout, fonts, columns, and color selection
  • Inclusion of post-specific logos and seals

These enhancements offer greater flexibility and efficiency in managing access control rosters, tailored to each post's needs.

Rosters can be created by selecting the person, position, or free text. Position-based rosters automatically update with personnel changes and can be easily regenerated and printed for wet signatures.
