Naming Conventions of DipNote Numbers

A DipNote number is automatically assigned when saving an outgoing diplomatic note for the first time. The default naming convention is YYYY-XXXX (ex. 2023-0001, 2023-0002). However, post may request from the ADG global administrator to change their DipNote number format to the following:

Example: 0001-2024, 24-0001, 2024-0001-KHI

For incoming diplomatic notes, it is post specific and the format may be alpha-numeric.
