Bulk Caption Update for Incoming DipNotes

Navigate to Outgoing DipNotes
Go to Ingoing DipNotes > My Incoming DipNotes and click on the BULK CAPTION UPDATE button in blue.

Bulk Caption Update

On the "Bulk Caption Update" page, users can select multiple DipNotes and apply the same caption to all selected items.

To do this, select the multiple desired DipNotes and click the Caption Action icon.

*Individual DipNotes can be selected for Caption Update as well.*

Add Captions
Select the desired Captions and click the "ADD SELECTED CAPTIONS" button in blue.

Caption Status
When the required captions are selected, the Status column will turn green with a "Ready to Smart Archive" message.

*The Sensitive Caption will be automatically added when required captions are selected.*

Removing the Captions
Select the multiple desired DipNotes to Remove, and click the Remove Captions icon.

*Individual DipNotes can be selected and deleted as well.*

*Status for the Removed Captions will turn red with a "Failed" message.*

Archive to SMART
Click the "Archive to Smart" button.

Upon clicking, a list of all DipNotes ready for archiving will be displayed.

Review the list and proceed by clicking "SMART ARCHIVE" button in purple.

*It is recommended to process small batches based on the user's connection speed. For optimal performance, processing 50 items at a time is advised.*

Re-Archive to SMART
The Result column will indicate whether each item was successfully archived or not.

For items marked as "Not Archived", users can click "RETRY TO ARCHIVE" to attempt archiving again.

If archiving still fails. return to the Bulk Caption Update page, remove the captions, and re-add them before attempting to archive again.

*The system's ability to archive DipNotes relies on the performance of the SMART server.*

Once all DipNotes are successfully archived, the number in the bubble next to "My Incoming DipNotes" will increase, confirming that the selected DipNotes have been successfully archived and the MRN retrieved.
