Rerouting a Signature
Rerouting a signature gives the owner of the form the ability to change the assignee/s of a certain step.
To reroute a step in the workflow, navigate to the document requiring the reroute. Select the Ellipses > Reroute Current Step > + Add Employees.
Enter the name of the Okta user in the Search Criteria bar, and choose from the list of users. Once the reroute is complete, and email will be sent to both the Form Owner, the currently assigned users, and the newly added user notifying them of the change.
