Archiving A Form
In the ATLAS Firma dashboard, locate the form you want to archive that has status Form Completed. Click on the ellipsis and select Archive Form from the dropdown list.
In the Please Confirm Operation confirmation window, Click on the blue OK button.
Viewing Archived Forms
In the Forms dashboard, locate the Filters dropdown list and select the Archived checkbox.
Archived forms can easily be identified by having a white banner with a Signature Workflow Status Form Archived.
Note: All completed and rejected forms older than 30 days are automatically archived and removed from the Forms dashboard. Forms that were automatically archived by Firma will retain the status Form Completed.
