If you are frequently submitting the same document like the overtime form or the time & attendance forms, you can save it as a template. The signature blocks and the same signatories are saved so you won't have to create the signature workflow every time. This feature allows form owners to save the signature workflow, providing a convenient solution for frequently used forms. With templates, the user doesn't need to repetitively add the same fields to each request every time they send a new document for signature, ensuring the workflow is readily available and eliminating the need for form owners to recreate it each time.
How to Add A Form To Templates
To add a form to the Templates page, hover on a form in the Forms page and click the ellipsis ("...") button. Then, choose Add to Templates.
How to Use A Template
To use a template, navigate to the top menu and click the Templates link to be redirected to the Templates page. Then, hover on a form you want to use and click Use Template.
Templates feature in ATLAS Firma store the signature workflow configuration, not the form data itself. Each time you use a template, you must still upload the form and enter specific information relevant to that instance. For example, when using a Time and Attendance form template, you need to input the employee information and attendance records for that particular submission.
