The PDF Tools feature provides users with essential capabilities to manage and secure PDF documents efficiently. This article outlines three key functionalities: changing page orientation, locking PDFs with password protection, and unlocking password-protected PDFs.
How to Rotate a PDF
- From the header, Select PDF Tools
- From the PDF Tools page, click Rotate PDF
- On Rotate PDF page, select the PDF file you want to rotate.

Use the arrow controls to change the page orientation.
- You can apply the rotation to a specific page or to all pages

Click Download File

The rotated PDF will be saved to your workstation

How to Lock a PDF
- From the header, Select PDF Tools
- From the PDF Tools page, click Lock PDF
- On Password Protect PDF page, select the file you want to lock

On the Password Protect PDF page, set the desired password
and click Protect File

The locked PDF will be saved to your workstation

How to Unlock a PDF
- From the header, Select PDF Tools
- From the PDF Tools page, click Unlock PDF
- On Unlock PDF page, select the file you want to unlock.

One the Remove PDF Password Protection page, enter the
correct
password to unlock the PDF file. and click Unlock File

The unlocked version of the PDF will be saved to your workstation
