Introduction

Forms that have completed the signature workflow are automatically set to read-only and is password protected when downloaded. Only form owners will have the facility to retrieve the password of their completed forms.

Retrieving the Password

On the ATLAS Firma dashboard, locate the form you that has status Form Completed. Click on the ellipsis and select Reveal Password. 

In the Form Password modal window, click on the copy icon to copy the password.
