Introduction
Current signer may reject a form. Once a form is rejected, the signature workflow stops and an email notification is sent to the signer, form owner, as well as all included in the watch list.
Rejecting A Form
On the ATLAS Firma dashboard, locate the form you want to reject that has status Awaiting Your Signature. Click on the form to go to the Sign Form <Name of Form> page.
Once the form is open, look towards the upper right-hand corner and you will see a yellow REJECT button.
When you click on the yellow REJECT button, a Reject Form window will display, prompting you to type in a reason for rejecting the form. Click on the red Reject Form button.
A system message will pop up briefly when a form has been rejected, indicating an e-mail notification has been sent to the current signer, form owner, and the rest in the watch list.
Viewing Rejection Comment
There are three ways to view the rejection comment:
1. Once a form is rejected by the current signer, an auto-generated email is sent to the signer, owner and viewers of the form. The email body includes the rejection comment.
2. From the ATLAS Firma dashboard, locate the rejected form and hover over the information (i) icon and the rejection comment should appear.
3. From the ATLAS Firma dashboard, locate the rejected form. Click on the ellipsis and select Form Info. From the Form Details window, the rejection information is displayed inside the red box.
