Introduction
The Directory Log tracks changes made within the application, providing insights into user activity related to employee updates, contacts, and more.
How to Access the Directory Log
Navigate to Administration > Directory Log.
The interface will display recent changes.
- Date/Time: Timestamp of when the action occurred.
- Organization: The organization affected by the change.
- User: The email address of the user who performed the action.
- Activity: A description of the action.
- Details: More specific information about the update (ex. "Contacts - Employees").
- Search icon: Redirects you to the page that was updated.
Key Features Overview
The interface provides access to several key features:
- SAFE Sync Errors: This feature allows users to identify synchronization errors.
- Update Log: Keeps a detailed record of all updates made within the ATLAS Directory, such as modifications to employee information, user actions, or system changes.
Filtering Records
You can filter the records displayed in the Directory Log:
- Email: Enter the email address of a user to view changes they have made.
- Organization: Select the organization from the drop-down list.
- Date Range: Use the From and To fields to define a specific time period.
- Search: Use the Search field to find specific actions or details.
Exporting Logs
You can export the log data into different formats by selecting the options below the log table:
- Excel: Download the log as an Excel file.
- CSV: Export the log to a CSV file.
- Copy: Copy the log data to your clipboard for pasting into another document.
