How to Edit a Post Profile
You can find all Posts assigned to your Mission listed in the Mission Admin-Post Profiles tab. From this screen you can edit the Basic settings for each Post by assigning a short name and assigning OAS roles for each specific Post. Users assigned to Post Profile roles will appear in the Anytime Awards as the Management Approvers, Financial Analysts, FMO and Timekeeper. These roles can be edited when reviewing and assigning roles within any Anytime Award in the HR Pending Area when HR is conducting the technical review before sending to approvers.
Instructions:
- From the left hand menu, go to the Mission Admin Area and select the Post Profile link.
- The Mission Admin-Post Profiles screen will populate with all the Posts assigned to your Mission.
- Next you will need to assign a Post Short Name.
- Under the Basic Setting tab, enter the Post Short Name in the text box. This field is limited to six characters.
- Click Save when finished.
- You will next assign Post Roles, click on the Roles tab.
- Under the Assignee column, type the name of the employee in the corresponding role row. Click save when finished. To remove the role, click the X next to the assignee’s name.
