Post Allowances Page – Bureau Coordinators

The Post Allowances page allows Bureau Coordinators to allocate Expected Values for the Funding Budgets per post within their bureau.  All the posts for each bureau are pre-populated on the Post Allowances page and available for Coordinators to make edits as needed. 

The values added to the Post Allowances page display as the Expected Values on the New Request page when post requesters fill out the Funding Budgets for the requester to reference while submitting a request.  

Making Edits to Post Allowances

To edit the Post Allowance, click the Edit icon for the desired post and add the desired values to the editable fields. When all values are entered, click Save. The updated values should then display on the Post Allowances page and in the Funding Budget section of the New Request page.
