READY - Adding a Resource for an LE Exec as a Coordinator Follow

Navigating to "Add Resource"

To add a new LE Exec Resource as a Coordinator, click the "Add Resource" link from the left NavBar.

 

 

Adding Resources for an LE Exec

Once on the Add Resource page, choose LE Exec from the Resource Type dropdown menu. Based on the resource selected, different fields will display. For an LE Exec, there are three sections that require data population:

 

1. Personal Information

2. Employee Information

3. Departmental Assignments - Diplomatic Details

 

 

All fields indicated with an asterisk (*) are required fields and must be populated prior to saving the profile. Once all fields are populated, Coordinators have the ability to create the profile or cancel the creation of the profile.

 

Once the profile has been created, the LE Exec user will receive an email from the Okta system prompting them to activate their profile, if they are not an existing user. If they are an existing user, they will not see the READY tile display on their Okta dashboard.
