Release Notes v2.3.6

Enhancements:

  • New Employee
    • Added a warning message to prevent the addition of a new employee if they are already in the Organization.

Miscellaneous

  • Release v2.3.6 includes additional bug fixes:

    • Implemented additional logging methods.
    • Added PostID field to the logging process for better identification and traceability of log entries.
    • Transitioned from SendGrid to the ADG Core email solution.
    • Enabled soft deletion of Data Source options that are currently in use.
    • Fixed the overflow issue with the div box layout on the Inactive Account page.
    • Corrected the spelling of "Completed" in the Dependencies tab.
    • ENS and Position Reports have been hidden from the list of Reports.
    • Resolved an issue occurring during the archiving of Universal Forms.
    • When deleting an incomplete registration, users are now redirected to the Incomplete Registration page.
    • Deletion of archived workflows is now allowed even without a published version.
    • Addressed an issue when adding a new Sponsor.
    • Fixed the issue with selecting a Departure Sponsor in the Task Details.
    • Fixed an issue that occurred when viewing a position.
    • Fixed the issue on the ENS Information page where adding an email address or phone number was not working.
    • Prevented the addition of a new employee if they are already in the Organization.
    • Resolved the issue with the missing icon when adding a Data Collection field.
    • Correct a problem where email notifications were being sent to the position occupant even when the status was "Incoming".
    • When a task is assigned to a Supervisor, it is now visible on the Assigned Tasks page.
    • Fixed an error when importing a Workflow in the System Management section.
  • Any additional follow-up on ServiceNow support tickets will come from the ADG Support Team.
