Roles Within ATLAS Workflows
Employee
Employees are the basic users of the application. They have the ability to maintain and update their own personal profiles, including updating their arrival and departure dates. They can complete the tasks that are assigned to them within the application.
Service Provider
Service Providers are users with elevated permissions, allowing them to complete tasks assigned to Service Provider Groups. These users can manage the profiles and tasks of other employees, ensuring smooth operations across different teams. Service Providers have the ability to configure certain aspects of the application to suit the specific needs and workflows of their organization.
Administrator
Administrators have a higher level of control within the application, granting them the ability to perform a wide range of actions. They can create and modify forms and workflows, as well as configure various settings such as managing sections, defining milestones, setting up assignment fields, managing data sources and handling user permissions.
System Administrator
System Administrators hold the highest level of access within the application, providing them with full control over the entire ATLAS platform. They are responsible for overseeing the application's overall configuration. The ADG employees designated as System Administrators have unrestricted access to view and manage all aspects of ATLAS Workflows, including QA support and other actions as needed.
