Introduction
This article provides detailed instructions for navigating and viewing the Assignment History section. The Assignment History feature allows users to view a record of their current, past, and incoming assignments.
Viewing Assignment History
Navigate to Assignment History under the My Employee Information section on the left-hand menu.
The Assignments History page displays:
- Status: Indicates whether the assignment is:
- Incoming (future assignment).
- Encumbered (current assignment).
- Completed (past assignment).
- Assignment Number: A unique identifier for the assignment
- Organization/Location: The name of the organization or location.
- Position: The position name and position number.
- Arrival and Departure Dates: Shows when the assignment starts and ends.
- Location: Indicates the organization or site for the assignment.
Click View Assignment to see detailed information about a specific assignment. This will redirect to the Assignment Details page.
