Miscellaneous

  • Release v2.3.5 includes additional bug fixes:

    • Fixed an issue where selecting "All Assigned Organizations" cause the Assign Workflows feature to not working.
    • Resolved the problem of the Position Management feature not displaying the current incumbent for the Supervisor role.
    • Addressed the server error encountered when opening links from email notifications.
    • Corrected the issue where multiple emails were being sent for a single action.
    • Fixed an error occurring when selecting "All Organization" while viewing My Completed Forms.
    • Resolved the issue with the import functionality for Service Providers.
    • Fixed the issue where former supervisors continued to receive notifications after leaving their position.
    • Addressed an error that occurred when attempting to delete a Service Provider from a group.
    • Implemented a fixed for the issue where the default organization setting in My Preferences was not being saved.
    • Transitioned all Key Vault references to SE-Azure and disabled column-level encryption as part of infrastructure updates.
    • Fixed the issue where a checkbox did not display an X when selected on forms.
    • Resolved the issue where phone number fields (Work, Personal, and Other) were not displaying while filling out a form.
    • Fixed the issue with vehicle details (number of passengers, US specs, and notes) not appearing on forms.
    • Corrected the issue where state.gov accounts were not appearing in the sponsor list.
    • Resolved issues related to notifications in Workflows.
  • Any additional follow-up on ServiceNow support tickets will come from the ADG Support Team.
