Radio Checks Start email notification

Radio Checks start email notifications can be triggered in 2 ways:

  • Manually triggered: From the Radio Dashboard, select the event, click on the envelope icon

Select your template, preview and click on send

  • Send automatically at the start of the event, reminders 2 or 1 day before the end of the event: go to the Radio, Radio Schedule edit the target radio schedule.

Note: You must first create your email templates from the Radio Menu, Email Templates page:

You have the ability to create as many templates as you need, and target All or only selected audience:

  • Once the email templates have been created , go to the Email settings tab and toggle the automatic email on, select your email template and the desired schedule and don't forget to toggle the email to Enabled and Save Changes. When a new event for the schedule will start the emails will be sent automatically.
