Overview
The DT Reports page provides a centralized view of Radio Check Events selected for Enterprise Reporting. This tool ensures that Posts submit accurate, up-to-date radio performance statistics for reporting periods.
Accessing the DT Reports
To view Post’s DT Reports, navigate to: Radio > DT Reports.
Overview of the Interface
The DT Reports page is split into two main sections:
- DT Report Statistics for the selected month
- Scheduled Radio Check Events for the selected month
1. DT Report Statistics Table
This top section summarizes radio check performance for the selected period.
Table Columns:
- Post: The mission or embassy name
- YYYYMM: Reporting period (Year and Month)
- Total Radios: Total number of radios involved in enterprise-scheduled checks
- OK: Number of radios reporting successful results
- KO: Number of radios that failed or could not be reached
- Perc. Req.: Required success percentage for the month
- Success: Indicator showing whether the success threshold was met
- Diagnostic Information: List of radio IDs and their diagnostic outcomes with event links
Diagnostic Information Panel
On the right side of the statistics table, the Diagnostic Information panel displays:
- Radio ID
- Status (ex. Loud and Clear, Broken but Readable, Broken and Unreadable, Exempted, Out Of Town, Tried But No Contact)
- Date of Check: Time and Date of the radio check entry.
- Linked Event for traceability
ℹ️ You can click on event links to view the related Radio Check Event details.
2. Radio Check Events Scheduled for the Period
The bottom section shows a list of radio check events scheduled within the selected reporting month and tagged for Enterprise Reporting.
Enterprise Reports History
Enterprise Reports History provides a centralized log of all past DT Reports that have been generated and transmitted for previous reporting periods.
To access the history, click the Enterprise Reports History button in the upper-right corner of the DT Reports page.
Navigating Between Months
To view reports from a different period:
- Click the previous month [YYYY-MM] button.
- Or select Export [YYYY-MM] to Excel for the currently displayed month.
Exporting DT Reports
Use the export buttons above each table to extract and share data as needed:
- Excel: Download the full table in Excel format.
- CSV: Export data in CSV format.
- Copy: Copy data directly to your clipboard for pasting into another document.
- Columns: Customize which columns to display before exporting.
