Introduction

This article explains how to use the Milestones to track, create, and manage workflow milestones.

Workflow milestones help track the completion of key tasks or sub-workflows within an employee's workflow. These milestones allow organizations to evaluate employees' progress across multiple workflows.

 

 

 

Navigating to Milestones

Go to the Administration menu > Org Configuration > Milestones.

 

Managing Workflow Milestones

The Manage Workflow Milestones page displays a table of all existing milestones. The table lists milestone details such as Name, Description, Workflow Type, and Level.

Pagination and Search

  • Use the Search bar to quickly find a specific milestone.
  • Adjust the number of rows displayed using the "Show entries" dropdown.
  • Navigate between pages using the pagination controls at the bottom of the table.

 

Adding a New Workflow Milestone

To create a new milestone, follow these steps, navigate to the Add New Workflow Milestone section.

Fill in the required fields.

  • Name: Enter the name of the milestone (e.g., "Project Kickoff").
  • Description: Provide a brief explanation of the milestone's purpose.
  • Workflow Category: Select the category the milestone belongs to from the dropdown

Click Save to add the milestone. Use Cancel to discard any changes.

 

Editing Options Within a Data Source

Editing a Milestone

    • Locate the milestone you want to modify and click the Edit (pencil icon) in the corresponding row.
    • Make changes and save them.

Deleting a Milestone

    • To remove a milestone, click the Delete (trash can icon) next to it.
    • Confirm deletion when prompted.
