Introduction
The Employee Profile displays the personal information of the employee pertinent for his assignment. This is where the employee can manage the following information. The Employee Profile is divided into four tabs: Employee, Identification, Appearance, Languages.
Accessing My Employee Profile
Below are the different ways to access an employee profile.
1. Dashboard
- Click on the My dashboard icon
on the menu bar or click on the Dashboard link on the left navigation pane
- Once the dashboard is displayed on the main page, click on View Details on the My Assignment element
- From the Assignment Details page, click on the Employee Profile link
2. My Employee Information
Go to the left navigation pane, From My Employee Information menu, click on the Employee Profile link.
View and Update Employee
When the employee accesses the Employee Tab from the Employee Profile, he or she will be able to view and update the following: Contact Information, Passports, Profile Address, Vehicles and Pets
- Contact Information
This allows the employee to view and edit his or her email and contact number information. To add, edit or delete contact information, click on the Manage link on the Contact Information panel.
- Click on the Add Email Address or Add Phone Number button to add a new contact information and select the contact type. The user may also tag if the email of phone number is the primary contact information. Click on the Save button.
- To Edit, overwrite the existing contact information and click on the Save button.
- To Delete, click on the Delete icon
beside the contact information and click on the Save button.
- Profile Addresses
Profile Addresses are pulled from the employee's profile and are not specific to his or her current assignment. The employee may enter the following types of addresses: Legal Address, Mailing Address, Home Address, Separation Address and Home Leave Address.
By selecting the Add icon
, each type of address can be added. Also the above types of address can be updated or deleted by selecting the Edit icon

- Passports
An employee may have different types of passports. Therefore, ATLAS Workflows the employee to add several passports clicking Add a Passport button. Enter passport information and click on the Save button.
To edit, select the passport from the Passports panel to view the details and click on the Edit button. Click the Save button to save changes.
To delete, select the passport from the Passport panel to view the details and click on the Delete button. Click the Delete button on the confirmation pop up.
- Vehicles
To add a new vehicle entry, click on Add A Vehicle button. Enter vehicle information and click on the Save button.
To edit, select the vehicle from the Vehicles panel to view the details and click on the Edit button. Click the Save button to save changes.
To delete, select the vehicle from the Vehicles panel to view the details and click on the Delete button. Click the Delete button on the confirmation pop up.
- Pets
To add a new vehicle entry, click on Add A Pet button. Enter pet information and click on the Save button.
To edit, select the pet from the Pets panel to view the details and click on the Edit button. Click the Save button to save changes.
To delete, select the pets from the Pets panel to view the details and click on the Delete button. Click the Delete button on the confirmation pop up.
View and Update Identification, Appearance and Languages
The Identification, Appearance and Languages information of the employee can be updated by selecting the respective tabs from the Employee Profile page. For example, the Identification information of the employee can be updated via Identification details dialog when the user clicks on the Identification Tab.
Similarly, the Appearance information of the employee can be updated via Appearance details dialog when the user selects the Appearance tab.
Similarly, the Languages information of the employee can be updated via Languages details dialog when the user selects the Languages Tab.
