ATLAS Housing Release Notes v1.8.0 

Housing Questionnaire

Fixed data entry saving action for pets and vehicles in the Housing Questionnaire.

Inspection Portal

Vendor has been added as a new list option for the Liable and Fixing Party dropdowns in the Inspection issue dialog box.

Resident Portal

Fixed Custom Scores, displaying accurate names.

The user info sidebar and settings are working as expected.

Reporting for Residences Housing Profile, Processes, and Occupant's Profile

Process History button has been added to the Residences Housing Pool Profile of each property at Post.

Excel Report option has been enabled on the Housing Pool and Occupants main page to allow local administrators to create a report of the residences and occupants at Post.

Invalid Status Report Page:  A new “Invalid Status Reporting Page” has been created.  For more information please click here.

Processes Reports:  There are two ways to create reports for your processes.  For more details and guidance, click here.

Occupant’s Profile Edition

Users with the Occupant Manager permission role can add, edit, and remove pets, household members, and vehicles from an occupant.  For more details, click here.

Process Configuration

Triggers have been adapted as part of the Tasks in the Processes (Commissioning, Make Ready, and Decommissioning) to allow an automatic status change for occupants under Incoming  status to At Post and from Outgoing to Departed.
