BAC Move Nominations Follow

Move Nominations

As the Bureau Awards Coordinator (BAC) you have the ability to move nominations. You can either return nominations to a previous status or move a nomination from a Committee Member to the Committee Chair to take action.

Return to Post HR

All nominations will initially appear in Pending Review with a status of Pending Bureau Review. You can either assign the nomination to the Bureau Committee for voting or you can return to Post HR to make changes as needed.

From the left hand menu under Bureau Coordinator, click Pending Review.

Scroll to the bottom of the nomination and click Return to Post.

Return to Previous Step

Nominations can be moved to a previous step by changing the status. The current status of the nomination will determine which actions you will be able to take.

From left hand menu under Bureau Coordinator, click Ongoing.

Click on either the Nomination ID  or the Status of the nomination you want to move.

Next scroll to the bottom of the page and click Return to a Previous Step.

Choose the status from the drop-down menu.

You will need to enter a Comment of at least 5 characters, then click Confirm Return.
