Move Files to Another Folder
HR Admins will select a destination folder when uploading files to and employee's record. Once the files are uploaded, they can be transferred to another folder at any time.
Select the file you want to move by clicking the box next to the file Name. Then click Move.
Use the drop-down menu to select the new folder location for the file. Click Move when finished.
The files will now appear in the new folder.
