Okta Account Activation
Eligible Family Members (EFMs) will receive and automated email from OKTA in their personal email account.
Please note that the link will expire in 7 days.
Once you click on the link, please follow the mandatory steps below:
- Create a password with the requirements listed on the instructions.
- Password must match.
- Set up you OKTA verification app in your cell phone using QR Code provided.
- A window will pop-up asking you if you want to set it up as default (in this case the user that we are setting up already has two accounts and that is why this question)
- New users must select "Set as Default"
- Click on "Done"
- Then you will be able to see your personal email Okta Account active
- Okta may also request to set up a secondary authenticating option using a "Security Question" or a "Text Message" to your phone number.
Once you have access to your Okta Dashboard through https://state.okta.com/, EFMs will have access to the Resident Portal by click on the Atlas Housing Icon
