ADG & ATLAS Housing – Release 1.14.1

The ADG and ATLAS Housing teams are excited to present Release 1.14.1, which introduces new features and enhancements to improve visibility, usability, and data accuracy across the platform. This release also includes several bug fixes to improve overall system stability and performance.

New Features & Enhancements

• Dashboard Enhancements

  • Residence Overview drilldown now includes details on owned and leased properties, providing clearer property insights.

• Landlord Certification

  • Added Landlord Certification date to Residence profiles.
  • This optional field reflects the background or security clearance date completed by RSO for landlords.

• Reporting Improvements

  • Departed Occupants report now includes USDH email addresses for better tracking and communication.
  • Process History Report - Local administrators can now view completed processes directly within each relevant page. This enhancement applies to Make Ready, Commissioning, and Decommissioning processes, making it easier to track progress and review past activity in one place.

• Housing Questionnaire

  • The Household Member section has been redesigned to improve readability, reduce selection errors, and allow more efficient data updates when needed.

Bug Fixes

Housing Questionnaire – Data Handling

• Fixed an issue where occupant data was incorrectly saved to profiles when questionnaires were returned.
• Data now remains within the questionnaire until it is reviewed and approved, improving accuracy and control.

Inspection Portal – Functional Fixes

• Restored visibility and use of the Attachments button for the Inspection Administrator Role
• Corrected PDF report images that were previously displayed sideways.

Process Management – Clear Deletion Messaging

• Improved system messaging when processes (Make Ready, Commissioning, Decommissioning) are deleted.
• Users now see a clear notification when a process no longer exists. 

Scoring & Preferences – Flexible Input Support

• Enabled support for non-numeric values alongside numeric scores.
• Allows clearer preference definitions using descriptive text (e.g., housing preferences).

Task Management – Dependency Handling

• Tasks can now be saved even if a referenced dependency has been deleted.
• Prevents unnecessary blocking of task creation and updates.

User Management – Okta User Account

• Fixed issues with Adding Occupants or Approving Delegate Users when the Okta account was suspended or deactivated. 

User Roles – Attachment Access Restored

• Fixed an issue preventing some users from adding attachments.
