Release Notes – Latest Updates

We’re excited to share the latest updates in this release! This update focuses on improving usability, fixing reported issues, and making everyday tasks smoother and more reliable. Thank you for your continued feedback, it plays a key role in helping us enhance the experience for everyone.

What’s Improved

General Configuration

• Managing local users is easier with the new Reset Filters button in the User Login Control Page

  

• All Excel export buttons have been updated to a consistent green design for better visibility

  

Housing Questionnaire

• Local Administrators can now add optional notes to Medical Accommodations in the Housing Questionnaire Configuration page.

  
  

Occupant's Profile

• The Status button on the Edit Employee page now matches the rest of the page layout.

• Assignment Household Member records now include additional details in the Occupant's Profile.

Processes Configuration

• The Events tab in Process Configuration (Commissioning, Make Ready and Decommissioning) has been removed to simplify navigation.

Inspection Portal

Open Inspection Reports are now available. You can access this feature from the Residences menu.

The Open Inspection report lists all residences with open inspections, including counts of both open and closed issues, providing better visibility and tracking. This report is able to be exported to Excel too.

Email Notifications

• The email system has been updated to a new platform, which makes sending and receiving emails faster, more reliable, and less likely to have errors, this should fix issues with emails going to the wrong address for local admins and housing board members

What’s Fixed

• IAHB Excel Reports now correctly display the number of household members.

• The Agency field in Temporary Quarters now displays correctly instead of showing N/A.

• The Housing Pool Excel export no longer freezes.

• The Tandem dropdown now refreshes properly after a tandem is removed.

• When an email address is updated in an assignment (Occupant's Profile), the employee record is now updated as well.
