General Improvements

Occupants Profile attachments visibility

Local administrators can now choose whether Housing Board members are able to view USDH attachments within an occupant’s profile. This setting is fully configurable at the Post level. 

We are giving them the option to enable/disable visibility of residence' and occupants' attachments separately 

To update this setting, follow these steps:

1. Go to Manage Local Settings
2. Select Configurable Fields
3. Enable or disable Show Residence/Occupant Attachments to IAHB Members during the IAHB Review Process

Dashboard Improvements

We have enabled a new feature that allows Local Administrators to view and download Excel reports directly from the Dashboard. The following information is now available for export, besides the one already available in the Main Dashboard such as: Open tasks, Residence Overview, Processes, Assignment Workflow, 

• Arrival and Departure Dates
• Moving-In and Moving-Out Dates

To access these reports:

1. Go to the Main Dashboard
2. Click on the title of the desired section
3. Select Export to Excel or CSV

This enhancement will greatly support inter-office communication and improve information sharing.

Housing Assignments

The Housing Board Organizer role will now be able to view the difference in the number of recommendations generated when selecting either Direct Approval or the Yes/No Voting Process. This allows organizers to confirm the appropriate option before sending the information to Housing Board Members.

 

We’ve added the ability for Housing Board Members to edit their comments while completing Housing Assignments, providing greater flexibility and accuracy.
