Atlas Housing Dashboard never looked better; Local administrators can now drill down into the Pie chart to see the following information:
- Open Tasks: Assigned tasks and overdue tasks status
- Residence Overview: Housing Pool current status
- Open Processes: Current tasks status of open processes
- Assignment Workflow: Housing Questionnaire status
- IAHB Summary: Pending recommendations
- Upcoming Arrivals & Departures
- Upcoming Move in Dates
- Upcoming Move out Dates
- Recent IAHB Assignments:
Residence Overview chart
- Occupied
- Vacant
- Vacant over 90 days
- Moved to TQ
- TQ over 10 days
The Residence Overview chart is now interactive. You can click each word, for example “Occupied”, and a window will pop-up with information about the Occupied residences, you will be able to see the following information:
- List of residences: clicking each name will take you to the residence’s profile.
- Current Occupation information: name of the occupant and ability to click their name to access to their profile
- Move out date: Not setting a Move-Out Date could affect other functions within the App like vacancy dates. Local administrators should keep information updated.
Vacant Properties
Vacant properties work exactly the same as Occupied.
Upon clicking “Vacant” properties, a new window will open with information about the vacant properties (please see image below). You will be able to see the following information:
- List of residence: clicking each name will take you to the residence’s profile
- Last Occupant Name: clicking the occupant’s name will take you to the residence’s profile
- Time Vacant: the system will calculate and display the number of days this house has been vacant
Assignment Workflow
Information related to the Housing Questionnaire status that will determine the Housing Assignment.
This pie chart will tell you, how many officers you have under the different statuses:
- Ready for Questionnaire
- Questionnaire in Progress
- Ready for Review
- Ready for recommendations
Clicking each option will open a new window with the Occupant’s name, Position Title, Agency, Post and Arrival date. Please remember this information is coming from the Occupant’s profile, therefore local administrators must keep this information updated.
Local administrators will have the ability to click the name of the occupant leading you to their profile.
IAHB Summary
If the IAHB Summary information is available, it will be displayed here. The IAHB summary will display the number of recommendations which are ready for approval.
For the rest of the Dashboard information that includes the following information:
- Upcoming Arrivals & Departures
- Upcoming Move in Dates
- Upcoming Move out Dates
- Recent Assignments
You will have the ability to do the following:
- See dates in a chronological order
- Click the Occupant’s name opening a new tab to their profile
- Click the Residence’s name opening a new tab to the residence’s profile
Highlighting Recent IAHB Assignments chart:
As mentioned above, IAHB Assignments chart is applicable only to assignments done through the IAHB voting process or direct approval. This Is not applicable when using “Directly Assigned” and “History” assigned method.
