• IAHB Voting email notifications

Atlas Housing has two types of email notifications for IAHB Voting process

1. Direct Approval email notifications: Email notifications will be received when the Housing Board Organizer is processing the assignments in Atlas Housing after meeting with the IAHB, that’s why it is important to acknowledge when this action is happening.

Email notification when you are a Housing Board Organizer

2. Yes/ No Voting email notifications: Email notifications will be received when Interagency Housing Board members vote within the system

Link will take Housing Board Members to the window below to process voting

• Housing Assigned email notification

Local administrators and Occupants will receive separate email notifications.

As a local administrator, you can configure which emails are sent using the configuration menu. To adjust email settings, complete the following steps:

1. Go to the Configuration Menu
2. Click Manage Local Settings
3. Click Edit email preferences
4. enable or disable these email notifications depending on Post’s needs

Email Notification received as USDH when assigned to a residence

New Occupant added to a new Post email notification

Email notifications will go to Local administrators and Occupants with different messages.

To enable this, perform the following steps (pictured below).

1. go to Configuration Menu
2. click Manage Email Templates
3. click Edit Email preferences
4. enable or disable these email notifications depending on Post’s needs

Email notification received as local administrator when adding a new occupant to a new Post

Email notification received as Occupant when you have been added to a new Post.

Local Administrators: Please take in consideration if the Incoming Occupant is doing a transition from a Post where they were using Atlas Housing, the gaining Post must use the same email addresses they were using on the losing Post, otherwise this will cause login issues to your Incoming Occupants.
