Reporting Improvements

Updates to the RPA Report for Housing Pool

  • Newly Enabled Columns:
    • Active Status: Prevents decommissioned houses from being included in RPA.
    • Latitude and Longitude: Provides precise geographic data.
    • Gross Square Feet: Adds information on property size.
    • Number of Renewal Options: Tracks lease flexibility.
  • Access:
    • The RPA SOP has been updated and is available on the Atlas Housing Resources Center Teams Site. Please click here
  • Updates to Decommissioned Houses in RPA SOP

    • Changes:
      • Decommissioned houses have been removed from the RPA SOP.
      • An "Active Status" column has been added to exclude decommissioned houses from the Housing Inventory during updates.

Housing Questionnaire Data Report

  • A new report is now available in the Reporting Section.
    • Users can create reports for EFMs, MOH, Vehicles, and Pets.
    • Steps:
      1. Search for the Occupant/Vehicle/Pet Report.
      2. Click "Create"
      3. Click the "Excel" button to generate the report.

 

Rent/Lease Report Enhancements

  • Newly Added Information:
    • Number of Renewal Options.
  • Steps to Generate the Report:
    • Navigate to the Overview Menu.
    • Click on Reporting.
    • Search for the Rent/Lease Report.
    • Click "Create"
    • Click the "Excel" button to export the report.
