Occupants Menu Improvements
1. Incoming Occupants Page Enhancements

Advanced Search and Reset Filter Button

How to Access:
- Navigate to the Occupants Menu.
- Click on Incoming Occupants.
- On the main screen, you will see the Advanced Search and Reset Filter buttons.

Functionality:

Advanced Search:

Allows you to search USDH (U.S. Direct-Hire) by:
- Name
- Position Title
- Agency
- Arrival Date
- You can use any combination of these filters to find an officer.

Allows you to search USDH (U.S. Direct-Hire) by:

Reset Filter:
- Resets all applied filters, enabling you to perform a new search.

2. Redesigned Add New Occupant and Edit Employee Page

Updates to Occupant’s Profile:

A new "Notes" field has been added:
- For local administrators to add relevant information for Post.
- Important: Do not include Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in this field.

Previous Incumbent Information:
-
If the USDH completes the Housing Questionnaire via ATLAS Housing and it is approved by the Housing Office:
- The previous incumbent's name will be displayed in the profile.

If the previous incumbent's name is updated in the Occupant’s Profile after approval:
- The change will reflect in the USDH profile but not in the Housing Questionnaire.

If the USDH completes the Housing Questionnaire via ATLAS Housing and it is approved by the Housing Office:

3. History Button Activation

Occupant’s Profile:
- A History Button has been enabled to track housing assignments.

How to Use:
- Navigate to All Occupants or Incoming Occupants.
- Search for the officer’s name.
- Click on their name to access their profile.
- Select the History button to view housing assignment details.

Incoming Occupants Page:
- Local administrators can view housing assignment statuses directly.

How to Access:
- Click on the three dots next to an occupant’s status.
- Select History to see details of the housing assignment process.
4. Departed Occupants Exclusion

Residence’s History Page Updates:
- Departed occupants will no longer appear in the dropdown list when assigning a house via the Residence’s History Page.
