The ADG and ATLAS Housing teams are excited to share the latest improvements aimed at improving your experience and streamlining processes.

Key Improvements in Occupant Profiles:

  • Warning Message for Unassigned Occupants: Local administrators will be able to see a warning in the Occupant’s profile when the USDH is At Post but not moved-into a residence
  • Attachments in Occupant’s Profile: Allows Admins to see what attachments the user uploaded in the Resident Portal in their Occupant Profile, rather than requiring them to impersonate in
  • Household members information edit: Will be available for all occupants regardless of their status. Option not available for Departed Occupants.

Report Enhancements:

  • New Reports Created:
    • Household Member Reports
    • Matrix Reports
  • Rent Lease and RPA SOP Report Enhancements:
New fields have been added to both the Rent Lease and RPA SOP reports in ATLAS Housing, allowing for more comprehensive RPA data integration. These updates will help streamline housing assignments at your Post. The following key fields are now included:
    • Annual Rent
    • Renewal Rent
  • Related to the currency used (U.S, Euros, etc)
    • Quoted In
    • Paid In
    • Renewal Quoted In
    • Renewal Paid In

Temporary Records in the RPA SOP:

  • When a house is officially commissioned and reflected in the RPA system, local administrators can now match the RPA ID between the RPA system and ATLAS Housing to ensure consistency across both systems.

Commissioning and Decommissioning Report Updates:

  • Commissioning Report: Incoming occupant details, including arrival dates, will now be included.
  • Decommissioning Report: Outgoing occupant details, including move-out dates, will be included.

IAHB Voting Process Improvements:

  • Temporary Records:
Local administrators now have the ability to create board meeting notes/reports for Temporary Records, and IAHB voting members can add comments when approving them.
  • Direct Approval Process:
Housing Board Organizers can now add comments when performing housing assignments through the Direct Approval process.
  • Housing Assignment Recommendations:
For residences going through the Housing Assignment recommendation process, the departure officer name and departure date will be visible.

Decommissioned Properties Enhancements:

  • System Identifies Residences for Decommissioning:
When importing in RPA, if a Residence in Housing is not part of the RPA import, it will decommission the house automatically to remove from the Housing Pool.
  • Direct Decommissioning:
Local administrators can directly decommission properties in ATLAS Housing that have already been flagged as decommissioned in RPA by simply clicking "Skip Decommissioning" in the Residence’s profile page.
  • Main Dashboard Updates:
Decommissioned properties are no longer displayed on the main dashboard, making the interface cleaner and more streamlined.

Residence Profile Enhancements:

  • Azure Map Feature:
The Azure map feature has been enabled in Residence Profiles, allowing local administrators and IAHB members to view the map and complete housing assignments more efficiently.

Email Notification Improvements:

  • Move-In/Move-Out Notifications:
A notification is triggered when a user's move-in or move-out date is changed. For example, if the move-in date is updated from June 1st to April 1st, a notification is sent. Additionally, a new notification is triggered when the user's status is updated—like when the admin changes the status from "Planned" to "Moved-In" on April 1st. Separate notifications are sent to both admins and users.

Make Ready Process and Report Enhancements:

  • Gantt Chart Updates:
When initiating a Make Ready process in a residence, the Gantt chart will now display the year, improving accuracy.
  • New Make Ready Options:
Local administrators can now initiate the Make Ready process for any residence without an outgoing occupant, with an additional “None” option available.
  • Chronological Sorting of Make Ready Reports:
Make Ready reports can now be sorted by incoming employee and date in ascending order, resulting in a more organized and chronological layout.
  • Simplified Task Saving:
The system will now remain on the configuration template page after changes are saved, improving usability.

Housing Questionnaire Enhancements:

  • Position Details Flexibility:
Local administrators now have the option to enable or disable the entry of position details on the Housing Questionnaire page, please note this option is off by default, admins should “turn it on” to be visible in the questionnaire, this offers more flexibility in managing the data collection process, parallel to this they can still adjust the data when reviewing the Housing Questionnaires as well as editing the assignment.
  • Housing Questionnaire Draft: The Housing Questionnaire changes and attachments can be saved as a draft, local admin may continue working without publishing immediately
  • Expanded Comments Space:
The comments/description space for attachments has been extended to ensure comments are visible without being cut off.

Inspection Portal Improvements:

  • Residence Unit ID:
The Residence Unit ID will now be visible in the drop-down menu when creating a new inspection, enhancing clarity and ease of use.

Bug Fixes:

  • My Assigned Tasks Tab:
    • The "Complete" button task issue has been resolved.
    • The Assigned Tasks report will no longer display deleted residences.

We hope these improvements greatly enhance your workflow and provide a smoother, more integrated experience with ATLAS Housing.
