Radio Check Entries: Bulk Import

Post can use the Bulk Import feature to quickly upload multiple radios and their assignments at once using an Excel file. This is especially useful during initial setup or large updates.

To begin a bulk import, navigate to: Radio > Radio Check Entries > Import Radio Check Entries.

Overview of the Interface

The Import Radio Check Entries interface is divided into two main steps:

  1. Upload File
  2. Preview and Save

Uploading the File

Step 1: Download the Template

Click Download Template to get a fresh, blank Excel template with the correct columns pre-defined.

Step 2: Fill Out the Excel Template

In the downloaded file:

Enter the required radio check entries, such as:

  • Post
  • Radio Number
  • Radio Check Time
  • Call Quality
  • Additional Comments (if applicable)

Step 3: Upload the Completed File

Click Choose File and select your completed Excel file.

Ensure it follows the correct column headers and formats as described in the template instructions.

Step 4: Preview and Save

After uploading the file, you’ll be taken to the Preview and Save screen.

Review the data carefully:

  • Confirm radio check details are accurate.
  • Check for any system warnings or formatting errors.

If everything looks correct, click Save Records to finalize the import.

⚠️ Warning: Once imported, changes cannot be undone. Double-check data before saving.
