Overview

The Radio Dashboard provides a centralized view of participation metrics and schedules.. It helps Radio administrators monitor engagement over time and gain insights into scheduled activities.

 

Overview of the Interface

To access the dashboard, navigate to: Radio > Radio Dashboard.

The Radio Dashboard is divided into four main sections:

  1. Ongoing Radio Checks
  2. On-Demand Radio Checks
  3. Recently Completed Radio Checks
  4. Participation Chart

Let’s break down each section.

1. Ongoing Radio Checks

This section displays all the active or scheduled radio check events.

Tile Breakdown

Each radio check tile contains the following information:

  • Name: The name of the schedule.
  • Status: Indicates whether the schedule is active.
  • Event Start/End: The active date range of the schedule.
  • Groups: The group(s) assigned to the schedule.
  • Neighborhoods: The neighborhood(s) included in the schedule.
  • Email Results: Whether results are emailed post-check.
  • Responses: Number and percentage of radios that responded.

Call Quality

Displays response counts by call quality.

Tile Actions (Bottom Icons)

  • View Radio Check Status: Opens a detailed list of all radios, showing which checks are missing and which are completed. Here, you can update the schedule, change groups and neighborhoods, view the map, and check the notification log.
  • Email Radio Assignee: Lets you choose an email template and redirects you to the Email Radio Assignees page. Click here to learn how to manage Email Templates.
  • Stop Radio Check Event: Ends the currently active radio check. Once stopped, results will be sent to designated recipients (if email reporting is enabled).
  • Update Groups and Neighborhoods from the Schedule: Allows you to update the groups and neighborhoods from the schedule.
  • Export Results: Downloads the results in Excel format.
  • Edit Series: Redirects to the Edit Radio Check Schedule screen, where you can change the test frequency, participants, neighborhoods, email settings, and more. Click here to learn how to manage Radio Check Schedule.

 

2. On-Demand Radio Checks

For radio checks that are run manually as needed, not on a recurring schedule.

  • Name: The name of the schedule.
  • Frequency: Shows that the schedule runs On demand.
  • Groups: The group(s) assigned to the schedule.
  • Neighborhoods: The neighborhood(s) included in the schedule.
  • Radios: Number of radios involved.
  • Start Button: Run the radio check immediately.
  • Edit Series: Redirects to the Edit Radio Check Schedule screen, where you can change the test frequency, participants, neighborhoods, email settings, and more. Click here to learn how to manage Radio Check Schedule.

 

3. Recently Completed Radio Check Events

A table showing completed events.

Table Columns:

  • Start / End: Radio check start and end times.
  • Name: The title of the schedule.
  • Frequency: How often the radio check occurs.
  • Report to DT: Indicates whether enterprise reporting is enabled and the specific Post.

Additional Actions:

  • Edit: Modify the details of the radio check event.
  • Export Results to Excel: Download the radio check results in Excel format.
  • Send Completion Email: Email the final results to designated recipients.

 

4. Participation Chart

Features:

  • Color-coded test types (monthly, biweekly, etc.)
  • Response rates displayed as percentages
  • Helps identify trends in participation over time

 

Top Navigation Bar

  • Recent Radio Check Events: Displays all current radio check events.
  • Bulk Out of Town: Lists all Out Of Town entries.
  • Email Log: View details of sent email notifications, including recipients and delivery status.
